Tessa Therapeutics is a clinical-stage immunotherapy company focused on the development of autologous and off-the-shelf, allogeneic therapies targeting solid tumors. Tessa’s Virus-Specific T cell (VST) platform harnesses the body’s potent anti-viral immune response and has shown compelling results in the treatment of solid tumors.

Tessa is building a portfolio of innovative, next-generation therapies by combining the qualities of VSTs with other immuno-oncology technologies. This includes a rapidly growing pipeline of clinical and pre-clinical autologous programs that target a wide range of cancers, including nasopharyngeal carcinoma, cervical cancer, oropharyngeal cancer, lung cancer, breast cancer, bladder cancer, as well as head and neck cancer. In addition, Tessa is leveraging its platform to develop an allogeneic therapy to address Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-associated lymphomas.

Job Description

  • Executive Assistant Role
    • Secretarial and PA support to team of Senior Managers.
    • Extensive calendar management (multiple calendars).
    • Travel arrangement – complex flight bookings, accommodation, visas and preparation of travel
      itineraries.
    • Preparation of meeting documents and presentations.
    • Organise and coordinate team meetings.
    • Process monthly expenses claims.
  • General Office Administrative Role
    • Main point of contact to manage incoming calls and visitors.
      (take/transfer calls and messages, receiving visitors and deliveries, manage
      incoming/outgoing mails and couriers).
    • Support team of Researchers and attend to their general administration needs.
    • Work with A*Star team for visitor/new hire access and security applications.
    • Order and control of general office supplies (pantry, stationeries, printer supplies etc).
    • Responsible for New Hire onboarding process
    • Assists in events and/or group meetings needs (including preparation and serving of F&B).
    • Coordinate with external party for booking of external meeting rooms.
    • Other ad-hoc general office management related tasks as and when required.
Requirements
  • GCE ‘O’ level with at least 3 years of relevant experience in similar role previously, particularly
    in supporting senior level managers.
  • Experience and able to manage offsite support will be a plus point.
  • With good travel arrangement knowledge and able to manage complex travel itineraries.
  • Able to manage multiple calendars.
  • Possess reasonable understanding of global timings so as to organised meetings and
    appointments in different time zones, especially for US.
  • A self-starter who is proactive, independent, meticulous, organised and able to multi-task.
